Special Sessions

The goal of special sessions (5-6 papers) is to provide focused discussions on new topics or innovative applications. Each prospective session/track organizer must submit a proposal, including the title of the session, a short description, and the organizer's name.

Submission Guidelines

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum page length of SIX (6) printed pages including bibliographic references for the regular paper track. Papers should be in PDF format, two columns (minimum 10-point font) or greater and compliant with other IEEE manuscript guidelines.

Standard IEEE conference templates for LaTeX and Microsoft Word formats must be used for technical papers which can be found here.

Registration

At least one author per accepted paper must register at the full registration rate by the Author Registration Deadline to ensure the paper's inclusion in the conference proceedings.
